Ashleigh Early

Ashleigh Early has spent her career leading inside sales and business development teams for Silicon Valley icons like FireEye and Okta.  Ashleigh founded her own consulting, coaching, and speaking company. She focuses on helping companies and sales professionals achieve sustainable growth by emphasizing empathy and humanity through science.  

Ashleigh also runs “The Other Side of Sales” Podcast which offers weekly episodes to help sellers embrace their unique strengths and make b2b sales culture truly inclusive. 

Callie Mahlan

For 5+ years, Callie Mahlan has taken space in the sales world. Currently a senior mid-market account executive at Qualtrics, Callie has served in sales supporting roles as a recruiter, business development rep, and account executive focused on B2B SaaS, B2C, market research firms and ed tech. She is a 2+ year President’s Club recipient, a Rookie of the Quarter awardee at Qualtrics, and is involved with women in sales leadership ERGs.

Callie is a West Coast native thriving in the good ole South. She is known for being the loudest person in the room. This non-negotiable trait has served her well in her career and is arguably one of the reasons why she enjoys leading teams, whether it’s hitting quotas or starting a conversation around company culture. 

 

Ed Ross

Recognized as a top sales enablement consultant; Ed serves as a solutions’ architect and performance coach to some of the world’s most recognizable brands. He has established a proven track record of helping organizations and leaders increase revenue, grow market share, & performance. 
 
 With over three decades dedicated to B2B strategy architecture and coaching, Ed uses his sales, enablement & leadership background to help organizations eliminate roadblocks, improve employee engagement, and achieve better results in less time. 
 
 He is a world-class communicator, with an innate ability to connect and collaborate with all levels across an organization – from sellers to leaders, from sales to operations, and from Asia to Africa. 
 
 Ed is passionate about helping clients apply emotional intelligence to create a winning culture by delivering customer-centric value and enhancing employee engagement.

Erica Burger

Erica Burger has been in B2B sales for over 15 years. She learned the ropes by selling copiers and office technology, a very high cold call/pounding the pavement type school of training. Over the years, she’s honed her skills in a more consultative/relationship driven model. Recognizing there are simple tools for success, she’s focused on developing a successful routine that focuses on activity driven results, consistent marketing strategies and transparency in her process. Erica currently is the Regional Sales Manager at CertiPay, a SaaS based company helping businesses navigate the changing landscape of employment and compliance. Her favorite part of her job is building strong relationships with her networking partners and serving her small/mid-sized business clients. When she is not at work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years, Michael, 
their 2 kids and 2 puppies. She’s an avid reader, loves to 
sing and play the ukulele (though that’s still learning in process!) 
and loves interior design. 

Galem Girmay

Galem is passionate about becoming 1% better each week in sales through self-coaching, external coaching, networking, self-development, and executing outside of the box. She has a special place in her heart for women in sales, and anyone who considers themselves being an underdog.  These are the people she identifies with the most, and learn valuable life lessons from. Galem works as a Sales Executive at GoContractor by helping keep construction workers safer on-site through its orientation platform. She hosts the What Is Your Legacy podcast, and in between passions enjoys taking naps, reading, meditating, and connecting with family and friends. 

Matt Pittman

Matt is a Senior Tech Sales Rep focused mostly in Technology, working in the CPA Industry. He’s been working in Tech Sales for 12 years and is consistently exceeding quota, because of his focus on “winning the meeting” and not shoving product or services down his prospective client’s throat. He takes a consultative approach to winning business. Personally, Matt is a washed-up college basketball player and he’s been married to his beautiful wife JoAnna for 12 years and has 3 sons 7, 5, and 2.

Mike Morgan

For the last 27 years, Mike has worked in Sales and Sales Leadership, helping Sales Executives and Sales Leaders close millions of dollars in revenue.  

Mike is passionate about Sales and Leadership.  He’s also passionate about using his experience to help Sales People and Sales Leaders become the best Sales PROS they can be!  Mike’s goal with anyone he works with is to help find YOUR highest levels of performance and then MAINTAIN that performance for the rest of your career!

He believes a career in Sales is like a career in Pro Sports.  You have to train your mind and body to reach peak performance.  You have to develop your skills to the highest level possible and you have to practice more than you “play.”  If you follow this formula, with a little help from a coach or mentor, you’ll find yourself enjoying a LUCRATIVE, REWARDING career for the rest of your life!

Ryan Walsh

Ryan is the founder and CEO of RepVue, the world’s largest socially sourced set of sales organization ratings.  Ryan and RepVue are committed to the mission of transparency in sales orgs, and uplifting the sales profession.  Prior to RepVue, Ryan spent nearly 20 years as a sales operator, working his way up from individual contributor to CRO of Morrisville, NC based ChannelAdvisor (NYSE: ECOM).  ChannelAdvisor’s revenue grew from $35M to $115M during Ryan’s tenure as head of global sales.

Shak Rashad

Shak is currently an Enterprise Account Executive. He has taken the same skills that made him a successful football player (UNC and the Houston Texans) and transitioned them to great success in sales. Shak credits having a growth mindset, experimentation, and failing forward as keys to his success. Being new to the sales world, he hopes you can take some of his mistakes and learn from them, rather than making them yourself! 

Sonia McBride

Enterprise SaaS Sales professional with a demonstrated 7-year track record of pursuing and closing complex, high-value deals across B2B new logo, existing customer, and channel sales. Experienced in SaaS applications, Database and Infrastructure as an individual contributor and high-energy, pro-active and collaborative team leader who uses an entrepreneurial lens and creative approach to exceed target goals, bring new solutions to the market to exceed quota 6 years in a row. Thrives in aggressive growth environments that encourages risk-taking and values a diverse perspective to aid innovation and maximize growth in dynamic industries.

Will Barfield

Will Barfield is the President and CEO of Barfield Revenue Consulting (BRC), a company he cofounded in 2016 with his wife, Amy Barfield. Will has been in sales his entire professional career, and really all the way back to his first job in high school. From his early-90’s days as a part-time telemarketer, to six years in sports sales with the Carolina Mudcats and 12+ years in sales leadership and sales recruiting with Frankel Staffing Partners, Will has never not generated revenue. In addition to heading all sales-related efforts at BRC, Will is also very active in the local community. He donates his time to several organizations and has a history of leading successful fundraising efforts. At present, Will holds prominent volunteer positions with the WakeMed Foundation, Haven House Services, and the Downtown Raleigh Alliance.
